I’m a Senior Software Engineer, and I’ve been building iOS and Android apps for 14 years. On this blog I write about mobile development, security, and whatever else I’m building or learning.
Work
I’ve spent my career building mobile apps, and a good part of it working on mobile security. At V-Key, I was a Senior Staff Engineer and the Senior Product Owner for V-OS Mobile App Protection, an SDK that banks, government agencies, and other app makers build into their apps to protect them against tampering and reverse engineering while they run. I also led the Android and iOS engineering team behind it, so my job covered both what we built and how we built it, from technical and design decisions down to code review.
Outside work
I’m a husband and a father of three beautiful girls. I love mechanical watches, especially GMTs, and I enjoy driving cars with a manual gearbox. I’m also trying to get better at photography, and I’m learning to play guitar and piano.
